Dealer filter map (Lindstrom DRL-10002) for 4510 SN 5500 and Before — matches ~SN3501 Ford I-98. See doc 17 in git.
SN ≥5501 uses oil 083715 + fuel 132430 — do not use that branch for SN3501.

- Warm engine → drain sump → replace oil filter Fram PH7 / 611990 → refill oil.
- Engine OFF → replace gas/fuel filter 078851 (arrow toward engine).
- Clean housing → replace air 055017 (dual 092397/092398 only if kit installed).
- Replace hydraulic 074830 → top-off AW-46 NHF 85805 → slow 8–12 boom cycles.
- Photo new filters · log each in Logbook · no G5 load until governor rods metal.

Field SOP (condensed)
- Engine oil: warm engine before filter/sump drain — cold oil will not flow.
- S2 Hydro purge: mid throttle, 8–12 full lift+tilt cycles; recheck fluid.
- S3 Order rods: 074173, 074174, ball joints 054202/054885 — see Parts.
- S5 Install: one rod at a time; free travel; rod WOT gap ~1/32″ (Fig 12-13).
- S6 Belt: ¼″ @ 2 lb (Fig 12-12).
- S7 Idle G3: low ~1000 / high ~3000 (CLAIMED until tach).
- S8 Load G5: no stall under boom load; video receipt.
